Meet The Team
Todd Skinner
President of Skinner & Company
Todd started his Insurance career as an underwriter for Aetna Life and Casualty in 1990. In 1994 he began his career as an independent agent representing many carriers. He has a CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation and has served as President and Chairman of several Insurance Committees over last 30 years.
Today, clients appreciate his sense of urgency and placing their needs first. As a customer stated recently, “Todd’s experience is undeniable. His relationships with attorneys, underwriters, accountants, and coverage counselors gives our company so much more than just an insurance proposal”.
Mike Duvall
Commercial Agent
Michael Duvall has a BBA in Risk Management and achieved the CIC designation.
Michael began his career as a property underwriter.
In 1988 Michael moved to the agency side of the commercial insurance market. He has been working with construction clients for over 30 years.

Drew Dickey
Commercial Agent
Drew started his insurance career in 2017, working for an insurance carrier as a claims representative specializing in property damage and liability claims.
He graduated from Florida State University and holds FEMA certificates in emergency management.
